Cancellation and No-Show Terms

Cancellations for airport pickups and point-to-point services (Sedans, SUVs) must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges. Late cancellations will incur charges for the service rate only, excluding gratuity and taxes.

Twenty percent deposit required for all reservation. If reservation is within 48 hour full payment will be processed.

For any reservation not honored (no-shows), charges will apply for the service rate only, without gratuity and taxes.

Reservations for charters, weddings, group transport (Limousines, Vans, Buses), or interstate travel cannot be cancelled within 60 days of the service date. Cancellations within this period will result in a full charge, minus gratuity, to the provided credit card. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance will result in only the deposit being charged.

Receipt of this confirmation email confirms your service request for the specified date and acts as authorization for the credit card charge.

Additional fees will be applied for any waiting time exceeding 15 minutes or for any additional stops requested during the service.

Deposits are non-refundable. Credit issued can be used towards future services within one year from the original booking date, after which it will expire.

Smoking and eating inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Children under the age of 8 must be in a car seat; non-compliance releases the driver and Templar VIP Transportation  from any liability for damages.

Fuel Surcharge:

An additional 10% fuel surcharge will be applied to all pickups and charter services.

Credit Card Authorization:

By signing, you authorize Templar VIP Transportation, LLC to charge the listed credit card for services approved via fax, signature, or any authorized signatory at the time of service. You agree to fulfill these charges in good faith and accept personal responsibility in the event of a charge-back or unjust non-payment.

Your signature confirms the submission of accurate and valid credit card information and signifies your consent and authorization for the use of this credit card for future services, without the need for additional signatures.

Confirmation of Understanding:

By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and policies of Templar VIP Transportation, LLC as detailed in this Reservation Form.
